SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship exclusively to Germany, dispatching orders from either Germany or France depending on stock location.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Standard Shipping
Delivery within 4 to 5 business days, no minimum order value required.

Insured Express Shipping
A flat fee of 4.95 euros, with delivery within 2 to 3 business days. This option is fully tracked and insured for extra peace of mind.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed before it is handed over to our courier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date it was placed. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing, weather or courier delays, and we appreciate your understanding during busier periods.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, as orders are often processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order is shipped.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@atlascsx.com within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you further. If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out and we will investigate with our courier on your behalf.
